  • Are towels and bed linen provided?

    Yes, in each of our apartments you will find fresh bed linen and towels – for an immediate feel-good effect upon your arrival.

  • How do I gain access to the apartment?

    Our check-in process is fully automated. Before your arrival, we will send you a personal access code, which you can use to open the door either via the keypad lock or conveniently via a smartphone app. Anytime, easy, and convenient.

  • When can I check in and out?

    Check-in is from 5:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance – we can usually accommodate your request, although early arrival isn't always possible when the hotel is fully booked. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • What is the digital guest directory?

    With your booking, you will receive access to your individual digital guest directory. This contains all the important information about your arrival, check-in and stay, as well as recommendations about the surrounding area, events and the best local transport connections – so that you can enjoy your stay.

  • Is there a luggage storage option before and after the stay?

    Yes – thanks to our partnership with Nannybag, our guests can conveniently and securely store their luggage at centrally located partner locations. Whether before check-in or after check-out, you benefit exclusively from a 10% discount on the service. This allows you to enjoy your time at the hotel without worrying about your luggage.

  • How does the booking process work and what payment options are available?

    Booking is easy and can be done online. You can pay by invoice, instant bank transfer, or PayPal. After completing your booking, you will receive all the necessary information, including your individual access code and further arrival instructions.

  • What services are included in the apartment? Is there a cleaning service?

    Our apartments offer everything you need for a comfortable stay: free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen including dishes and cutlery, soap, shampoo, and fresh bed linen and towels. Before each new guest, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned by our professional cleaning team.

  • Are long-term stays possible?

    Yes, long-term stays are possible. Depending on the length of stay, the apartment will be cleaned periodically and the stay will of course be discounted.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    Cancellations are free of charge up to one day before your arrival. Please refer to your booking confirmation for more details.

  • Who can I contact in an emergency? What safety precautions are in place?

    Each apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, a first-aid kit, and local emergency numbers. We are available 24/7 for urgent questions or emergencies.
